I wrote an detail article on Devin last year that details his rapid rise in the system as he added power and learned to play third base. I was surprised he was not added to the 60-man roster earlier as he got some playing time in Major League Spring Training games in the spring. There are others that should also be considered for further additions. Just look at the players we’ve covered over the last few months for hints on who they should be.
