The Dodgers signed Japanese right-handed pitcher Kosuke Matsuda to a minor league contract. It has been tough to find any information on Matsuda so I sent out a request to some other prospect gurus.

He also apparently goes by Yasushi Matsuda, and searching that name led to an article that had him topping out at 96 in his 3 games this past season after returning from TJ
